- Have a 32 Hour Scaffolding Erector Certification
- Pass a drug & alcohol test
- Be able to provide at LEAST 5 years of work history without any gaps
- Be able to provide references
- Be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Be able to pass required safety testing
